Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously using Asana or other project management tools
  • Maintain and update project data within the company’s internal dashboard, including:

Bill of Materials (BOM) / recipe entries

Development cost input and tracking

  • Prepare clear and structured project status reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Actively participate in project meetings and contribute throughout the full project lifecycle (from kick-off to production launch)
  • Draft and maintain essential project documentation, including Project Charters and other internal documents
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation
  • Collaborate with the China-based team and external suppliers for New Project Introduction (NPI) processes
  • Provide documentation support to the R&D team

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Manager, Project Support, or Customer Support
  • Previous experience within a corporate environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools is considered an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
