At rinf.tech, our Core Delivery Team drives the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the company. Instead of being dedicated to a single client, you'll lead diverse software engineering projects, from early discovery and PoCs to MVPs, innovation initiatives and newly won customer engagements.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate software delivery across multiple initiatives while collaborating with engineering, architecture, sales and business stakeholders.

You will ensure projects are delivered successfully while helping teams stay aligned, remove blockers and continuously improve delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously across different domains and technologies.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, risks and dependencies. Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Partner with Solution Architects and delivery managers, to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during discovery workshops, estimations and project kick-offs.
• Lead and support AI-driven and internal innovation initiatives, accelerators and strategic technology programs whenever needed.
• Ensure smooth transition from proposal phase into execution.
• Monitor project health, budgets, delivery KPIs and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote delivery best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to improving delivery methodologies, governance and project management standards across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years managing software development projects, ideally in consulting or software services companies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one AI/ML project e.g. GenAI, ML, computer vision or data-driven products
• Demonstrated understanding of how AI initiatives are scoped, prototyped and productionized (data dependencies, model iteration, evaluation, the discovery-heavy nature of PoCs).
• Proven ability to move across domains and technologies without needing to be a domain expert.
• Experience with client-facing discussions, clarifications and facilitation.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to run several projects with different priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and business audiences.
• Strong planning, organization and risk-management capabilities.
• Comfortable where priorities evolve quickly and requirements start fuzzy.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on ceremony facilitation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and modern collaboration tools.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with project discovery and pre-sales activities.
• Broad exposure across Cloud, Digital Products, Embedded or Automotive projects.
• Understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices (microservices, cloud-native, APIs) and of common AI/ML tooling and MLOps concepts.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or other project management certifications.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.

Why this role is different

You won't be assigned to a single long-term customer. You'll sit in rinf.tech's Core Delivery Team, which is where work lands before it has a shape: a discovery workshop, a PoC that must prove something in a few weeks, an MVP, a newly won engagement that needs structure before it can be handed over.

Every few months you get a different business challenge, technology stack and team plus early visibility, since you're in the room during scoping and estimation rather than inheriting a plan. The trade-off is real, less depth in one domain, far more range and a much shorter path from idea to something running.
