Your new role: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of operational activities related to e-Mobility solutions across the Rompetrol Group, working closely with internal departments and external partners, and overseeing the execution of agreed decisions and action plans.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of e-Mobility services, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, responsibilities, and objectives.
•    Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and service providers to ensure the efficient and continuous delivery of e-Mobility services.
•    Monitor the performance of charging infrastructure and associated digital platforms, identifying and managing operational issues and incidents.
•    Manage operational relationships with suppliers and partners involved in the delivery of e-Mobility services.
•    Analyse user feedback and requests, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and customer experience.
•    Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports on service performance, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
•    Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to the development and optimization of e-Mobility solutions.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor’s degree; certifications in Project Management, or similar areas are considered an advantage.
•    Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
•    Knowledge of operational service and process implementation and monitoring.
•    Experience in working with suppliers and managing operational relationships.
•    Good understanding of digital applications and platforms.
•    Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and services is considered an advantage.
•    Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
•    Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively track activities and deliverables.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to operational challenges.
•    Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.
•    Results-oriented mindset and focus on continuous process improvement.
•    Proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Advanced English language skills.
