IMSAT is looking for an experienced Electrical Installations Project Manager to efficiently coordinate our projects and contribute to the success of the IMSAT – Dobrogea team.

What will your responsibilities be?

🔹 Coordinate and monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, contractual obligations, and legal requirements

🔹 Define project objectives, set budgets, track variances, and develop/update execution schedules as needed

🔹 Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery

🔹 Prepare or supervise the development of project plans and documentation (Safety, Quality, Risk, Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Reporting, Communication)

🔹 Provide technical leadership for assigned projects and bids, acting as the main technical point of contact

🔹 Represent the company in client relations, working independently with minimal supervision

🔹 Actively contribute to team development by promoting a culture of collaboration, initiative, professional recognition, and performance

What are we looking for?

🔹 University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Energy Engineering

🔹 Proven experience in coordinating and implementing electrical projects in the industrial or energy sectors, with a focus on Low and Medium Voltage installations

🔹 Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and in applying relevant design and execution standards

🔹 Good knowledge of national legislation applicable to electrical installation works: design, execution, quality, acceptance, and warranty

🔹 Experience in managing construction/installation site teams, including coordinating subcontractors and suppliers

🔹 Experience in the bidding process for industrial projects

🔹 English – intermediate level (working language)

🔹 Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other relevant project software

🔹 Strong organizational and planning abilities

🔹 Proven leadership – ability to motivate and guide a team

🔹 Clear and effective communication skills

🔹 Integrity and results orientation

🔹 Basic financial knowledge
