Your new role: Planning, monitoring, coordinating, evaluating the activities of subcontractors on site to ensure the implementation of the development projects in fields of, including but not limited to, eMobility infrastructure and solar energy systems.

Job Purpose: Assistance in efficient coordination of all activities of projects in order to achieve the objectives, set at the highest quality standards.
The project manager organizes and carries out the project / projects according to the project management standards, the policies in force in KMGR and the mandate received from management.

Key activities to help you shine:

•    Oversee the end-to-end execution of eMobility and solar panel projects from concept to commissioning.
•    Contributing to project’s budget assessment, contributing to budget planning process for the project
•    Contracts and invoices handling, perform procurement procedures (preparation of acquisition requirements, preparation of tender documentation, technical evaluation of bidders), functions reporting
•    Coordinating subcontractor activities – including on site visits - to ensure alignment with project deadlines, budget, contractual technical-quality conditions, and applicable technical and economic regulations.
•    Planning, monitoring, and coordinating the activity of specialized supervisors in the project team and subcontractors to solve on-site issues in real-time.
•    Managing permitting processes with relevant authorities and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
•    Collaborating with supervisors and subcontractors to plan the schedule of field activities, ensuring project execution meets the approved deadlines and project plan.
•    Tracking compliance with contractual deadlines by subcontractors and taking preventive or corrective actions to align with agreed timelines.
•    Monitoring the activities of subcontractors responsible for various work sections to ensure deadlines and cost targets are met, as per the project schedule and contractual technical-quality standards, and in accordance with current technical and economic regulations.
•    Overseeing the supply process for equipment, materials, and tools, and issuing non-compliance reports when supplies do not meet specifications, aiming to resolve issues.
•    Monitoring field installation activities and reporting any issues via non-compliance notes to ensure timely resolution.
•    Verifying the compliance of the technical documentation (including execution according to procedures or work instructions) with current legislation and the quality manual to ensure proper technical documentation management.
•    Participating in inspections at critical and final phases to verify compliance with technical regulations and signing documents resulting from these inspections (e.g., milestone reports, hidden works reports, project completion reports).
•    Maintaining detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
