The role covers responsibilities such as managing, stakeholder expectations, costs, schedule, project monitoring and control, reporting and the project team during the projects’ EPC phase.The position is also responsible for organizing work on construction sites, making sure it’s completed safely, on time and within budget. You’ll liaise with designers, surveyors and contractors to ensure the project is on track.Your key responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution:Lead project delivery from construction start through commissioning and handoverCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activitiesPlanning, Scheduling and Controls:Develop WBS, master schedule, milestones and look-ahead plansMonitor progress and implement corrective actionsCost Control and Commercial Management:Manage project budget, forecast and cost deviationsManage variations, claims and contract complianceContractor and Site Management:Coordinate contractors across civil, electrical and HV worksResolve site issues and ensure proper sequencingStakeholder and Authority Management:Interface with authorities, TSOs/DSOs and stakeholdersEnsure regulatory and permit complianceHSEQ:Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirementsRisk and Reporting:Maintain risk register and issue logsProvide regular reporting to managementCommissioning and Handover:Lead commissioning and energisationEnsure successful handover to Asset ManagementYour qualificationsWe are seeking an experienced candidate who has worked with the construction of energy plants or process installations. The ideal candidate should possess an engineering background or equivalent technical experience within the industry and possess several of the competencies below:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree in Engineering is a plus.5+ years of project management experienceExperience in renewable energy or infrastructure projectsStructured approach to project management, effectively managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Experienced in Project and contract managementThorough understanding and implementation of projects in accordance with contractsProficient in EnglishCompetent in MS OfficeYour personal competenciesSelf-driven and results-oriented with a strong focus on solution delivery, collaboration, and communicationTeamplayer with experience with cross-border collaboration and activitiesAnalytical and process-oriented skillsAs a fast-growing company and department we have the possibility to adapt the job position and tasks according to different profiles, as we plan to employ two project managers.Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time depending on project locations, are required as well.Renewable energy is our future.
