A Snapshot of Your Day: you play a pivotal role in driving preparedness for the S4E Unify implementation and carrying learnings from one roll out to the next. You will drive not only the Project deliverables but also critical change management and process alignment activities. We are looking for a pro-active, innovative, people-oriented problem solver who gets things accomplished to ensure the success of our SAP transformation.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Leadership role as the TI point of contact for all SAP implementation topics.
• Ensuring the topics are shared and reflected in the IMBs implementation preparation and that TI's point of view is represented in the roll out sounding board.

What You Bring:

• Profound operational experience in process optimization and digital process transformation, with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Data or Project management
• Greater than 5 years of professional experience with SAP and process optimization and process project management
• Able to demonstrate mastery of complex IT project implementations including process evolution and change and risk management within that context
• Experience in strategic projects and/or management consulting as well as project management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, data management and other data and digital tools.. Enterprise understanding of value flows and digital platforms is a must
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and experience of dealing with senior management
• Business-fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
• Flexibility and creativity in finding different solutions to achieve the highest value for various business-related topics
• Willingness to travel for business
