Responsibilities:

• Management of projects in the retail sectors, construction consulting and technical due diligence preparation,
• Owning responsibility for assigned projects related tasks and activities
• Responsible for preparation of proper project documentation
• Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget
• Manage the relationship with the internal and external clients and vendors
• Negotiate agreements with subcontractors and ensure that the signed contract, cooperate with lawyers if the need arises
• Good understanding of construction law regulations.

• Experience in project management of openings, closures and reconstructions
• Very good knowledge of the local market, local regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Use of Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Very good knowledge of English
• Driving license and willingness to travel on business
• Outgoing personality, adaptability and an enthusiastic "can do" approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence in contacts with others
• Ability to work under time pressure and independence in action.
