Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Timişoara. The Project Manager will oversee automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, tracking project milestones, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments, resolving project-related issues, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to process optimization, and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify equipment, installations, and documentation against quality and technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, manage inventory related to projects, and optimize material flow.
• Relevant technical background in industrial automation, engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Experience managing projects in automotive, medical, or food manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate clearly in English; knowledge of local language is a plus.
