Your new role: managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives by monitoring progress, supporting project planning and governance, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Support the implementation of Strategy initiatives by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables
•    Coordinate cross-functional projects by managing timelines, milestones, dependencies and action plans, ensuring timely execution and effective follow-up of key initiatives
•     Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects by monitoring costs, timelines and key milestones.
•    Prepare, consolidate and maintain project reports, presentations and other management documentation to support decision-making and project governance
•    Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing regular updates and ensuring timely escalation of relevant topics
•    Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective execution of project activities
•    Maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility over project status and deliverables
•    Identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting processes and execution efficiency
