We are looking for an IT Project / Application Manager to oversee the lifecycle and continuity of digital solutions within the HR business domain. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between technical stability and business evolution.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Application Oversight: Acting as the primary point of contact for functional applications, ensuring high-quality technical assistance for internal stakeholders.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Managing small-scale development projects and change requests, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline standards.
• Backlog & Priority Management: Coordinating daily tasks, from incident resolution to system upgrades, while managing team capacity and roadmaps.
• System Integrity: Ensuring all deployments are secure, documented, and compliant with architectural standards and safety rules.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyzing system performance to propose optimizations, automation, and preventive action plans to reduce technical debt.
• Performance Testing: Coordinating stress-testing campaigns to ensure the systems can handle target volumes and maintain service continuity.

Required Skills:

• Solid background in IT Project Management or Application Management.
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure & Architecture principles.
• Data management knowledge and a focus on digital transformation.
• Experience in vendor management and internal customer relations.
