For one of our clients inn the industry, we are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects - from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. The candidate will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site project activities, including subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Supervise project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities, clients, and company management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead weekly project meetings and issue progress documentation.
• Support commissioning and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in energy or industrial project management as a project manager.
• Proven record of managing EPC or large-scale energy projects is an advantage.
• Strong capability of contract management (both for design, construction and equipment supply contracts).
• High level of English, both written and spoken, required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications specifically MS Project and Excel.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
