We're now looking for a Project Manager (Client Delivery & Operations) to become the operational backbone of our agency, coordinating projects, clients, PPC specialists and our creative team to ensure exceptional delivery across every account.

🟣 What would be your responsibilities?

· Own client projects from onboarding to delivery using ClickUp

· Plan and lead regular client meetings, ensuring clear communication and next steps

· Coordinate between PPC, design, web development and external partners

· Plan monthly calendars, campaign launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities

· Manage the team for production of banners, videos, landing pages, websites and other creative assets

· Prioritize tasks across departments and ensure deadlines are consistently met

· Build and improve internal processes, SOPs and project workflows

· Collaborate with the PPC team on campaign planning, reporting and operational improvements

· Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems

· Ensure every client receives a premium, organized and proactive experience

🟣 What do we expect from you?

· Previous experience in project management, account management or operations within a marketing or creative agency

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Strong communication and client-facing abilities

· Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

· Confidence working with project management tools (ClickUp experience is a big advantage)

· Ability to prioritize tasks and keep teams aligned

· A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

· Fluent English (Eu language is a big plus)
