About The Job
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful execution of hydro projects. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust project strategy, ensuring financial targets are met, overseeing timely and high-quality execution, making or enforcing high-level decisions, assessing and mitigating risks, managing opportunities, implementing variation orders, and liaising with customers, owner’s engineers, consultants, and consortia members.
How You'll Make An Impact

• Take overall responsibility for the project.
• Define, implement, and manage project strategies.
• Lead and coordinate the project team, including consortia members.
• Manage and coordinate external stakeholders, including customers, owner’s engineers, and consultants.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges between project stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the financial success of projects through proactive risk and opportunity management.
• Execute the comprehensive project plan, including tasks, timelines, and milestones, with a focus on float and critical paths.
• Define resource requirements and ensure efficient allocation.
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the project team.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally with projects in South-East Europe.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid financial insight and experience managing budgets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Willingness and availability to travel as required.
