We are looking for a Project Manager / Client–Developer Representative (Construction) to join an international real estate development project in Bucharest, Romania. The role represents the Client and Developer side, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, and construction delivery. The position is site-based and plays a key role during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Client / Developer on the construction site;
• Manage project budgeting, cost estimation, and cost control;
• Monitor construction progress in terms of budget, schedule, and quality;
• Review and approve BOQs, budgets, variation orders, and payment certificates;
• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions;
• Ensure compliance with approved documentation, contracts, and standards;
• Coordinate communication with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
