• Work experience in project management, strong organization and project coordination skills;

• At least 3-5 years project experience as project manger of C/D-category projects or team/group leader in SubDomain area

Job Description

• Execute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy
• Apply ME Standards (process, method, tools) and shape BU specific PM
• Implementconsequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy
• Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data, required e.g. for portfolio management, success critical PM KPI's (e.g. PM Maturity, Budget adhearance)
• Ensure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees1of all Projects in BU / Plant and support with relevant PM data
• Coach and support Non-PEP/PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in BU / Plant
• Actively collect feedback from Projects to contribute to further improvement of BBM PM framework and PM excellence at BBM
• Consult Project Managers development of PM employees, get support by ME/PMO if required
• Moderation of Project workshops, e.g. Kick-Off, Lessons Learned
• Represent BU / Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management network
• Receive PMO targets by ME/PMO enriched with BU/Plant business needs.
