Project Manager – Onshore Wind A leading global wind energy company is looking to strengthen its project management team with an experienced Project Manager.This is a senior project delivery position with overall responsibility for the successful execution of wind farm projects, from planning through to final customer handover.The RoleYou will take ownership of project delivery across schedule, cost, quality, HSE and contractual performance, while coordinating internal project teams and external contractors.Key responsibilities include:Overall responsibility for the timely, high-quality and cost-effective delivery of wind farm projectsLeading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, including commercial, construction, electrical and logistics functionsActing as the main point of contact for clients throughout project planning and executionMonitoring project schedules, budgets, risks and overall project performanceEnsuring compliance with HSE, technical, regulatory and quality standardsManaging contracts, claims and project optimisation measuresPreparing project status reports, financial updates, risk assessments and management presentationsCapturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement across project deliverySupporting sales and tendering activities with project execution expertiseRequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical disciplinePrevious project management experience within plant engineering, wind energy or the wider energy sectorStrong understanding of project delivery, ideally across complex multidisciplinary projectsExperience with budgets, contracts, claims and stakeholder managementStrong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approachVery good English language skillsWillingness to travel internationally and undertake business travelGood working knowledge of MS Office Show more Show less
