Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and assess pre-construction site surveys and data collection activities.
2. Develop project management plans, ensuring effective control over safety, schedule, quality, and cost.
3. Oversee construction drawing reviews, monitor project progress, manage cost reduction, supervise quality, and enforce safety measures. Maintain coordination and communication among clients, contractors, property management, and supervision teams.
4. Collaborate with the procurement department in equipment and material research, quality control, and delivery schedule management.
5. Manage construction teams, resolve on-site safety and quality issues, review and control project expenses, ensure timely completion, and organize project handover and final accounts.
6. Collect, organize, and archive project documentation throughout the construction phase.
7. Support project acceptance, trial operations, and corrective actions for power plant projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of overseas project management experience, preferably in renewable energy power plant construction.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language. Knowledge of Romanian is an advantage.
