Descriere:


We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager responsible for leading the delivery of complex e-commerce B2B and B2C platforms, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level, while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. A sound understanding of the software development process and a strong ability to coordinate technical teams, manage risks, and ensure effective customer alignment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

⏩ Project Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development and delivery of e-commerce platforms, including complex or strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined scope.
  • Plan project lifecycle, create project plans, Gantt charts, budgets, risk registers, and maintain full documentation.
  • Actively manage customer expectations, secure acceptance of deliverables and Change Requests.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies.
  • Provide accurate and timely project status reports to stakeholders.

⏩ Requirements, Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather and clarify requirements with clients and internal teams.
  • Create project analyses, procedures, diagrams, and workflows.
  • Ensure documentation quality and maintain an up-to-date repository according to company standards.

⏩ Resource & Task Management

  • Plan and manage resources (people, equipment, time) to meet project objectives.
  • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and remove blockers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams' development, QA, support, product, and external providers.

⏩ Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Coordinate QA, UAT, and validation of deliverables before release.
  • Oversee testing activities to ensure alignment with specifications and prevent defective deliveries.
  • Manage issue/bug tracking and resolution.

⏩ Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Prepare mitigation plans, escalate critical problems, and manage risk budgets.
  • Enhance the probability of positive outcomes and minimize project leakage.

⏩ Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in Steering Committees, kick-offs, sprint planning, and other governance meetings.

⏩ Implementation, Go-Live & Hypercare

  • Coordinate implementation activities, data migration, training sessions, and customer onboarding.
  • Supervise Go-Live and the Hypercare period, ensuring smooth operational handover to support teams.

⏩ Internal Support, Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support organizational initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior PMs or team members.
  • Share knowledge to enhance project management capabilities across the organization.


Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.

Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in IT/E-commerce Project Management, including at least one complex project managed across its full lifecycle.
  • Experience with software development, infrastructure, cloud, security, and cross-functional technical environments.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with tools such as Kayako, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Figma, and other project/technical support tools.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes, UAT coordination, and technical documentation.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Language Skills

  • English – Advanced level, fluent in spoken and written communication; able to create documentation and deliver presentations.
