Your new role: development and implementation of the company strategy and participation in intra- and inter-department projects or initiatives. Additionally, Project Manager Strategy will be involved in the development and implementation of the performance measurement process, which includes elaboration, validation and approval of Performance Plans and respective KPIs’ passports for KMGI management. 

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Participate in development of the business strategy for the Group in whole and separate departments;
•    Participates in development of the 5-year strategic plan of the company that integrates the general objectives of the company;
•    Participate in monitoring of the long-term implementation of the business plan to make sure the Group’s strategic objectives are met;
•    Ensures the integration of the strategic business plan in the budgeting process;
•    Monitors the business environment with a view to identifying the opportunities/threats that may contribute the agreed business strategy;
•    Set up and validate management KPIs, ensuring alignment with role responsibilities and corporate strategy; 
•    Collect and review KPI proposals from owners and submitting them for approval, develop scorecards, perform year-end performance review.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    University degree in the field of Business Administration, Accounting Finance, Law, Management;
•    Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar position and 4-5 years in the field;
•    Previous experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or business performance management would be considered a plus;
•    Experience in the energy sector or a related industry is highly preferred;
•    Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders and multiple business units.
•    Strong knowledge in project management;
•    Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; easily establishes relationships;
•    Good relationship and teamwork skills;
•    Strong skills of planning, organizing and prioritizing;
•    Initiative and proactiveness;
•    PC skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): advanced;
•    Proficient level of English 
•    Proficient level of Russian (written & spoken) is an advantage.
