YOUR TASKS
We are looking for a forward-thinking Project Manager with global responsibility to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will help drive complex, cross-regional initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels. We’re seeking someone who not only manages projects effectively but also contributes positively to team culture and organizational momentum.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global multifunctional teams in order to achieve project goals
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, drive the team to achieve the objectives
• Facilitate communication and alignment across regions, cultures, and time zones keeping all contributors focused on facts and objectives
• Identify risks and challenges early, and propose constructive, actionable solutions.
• Influence peers (Sales, Purchasing, Operations) and stakeholders (internal&external) through strong communication, transparency, and credibility.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and project governance.
• Ensure that project decisions reflect business priorities and customer value

• Familiarity with common project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an asset.
