We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Department under the COO’s leadership, focusing on one of our key international projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in i-gaming or affiliate marketing, along with strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution, coordination, and tracking of project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all project activities, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Project & Product Strategy: Drive the implementation and completion of the project strategy. While you won't be expected to build the strategy alone, you will hold a key role in driving its building and execution in collaboration with the Leadership team and external consultants.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Content, SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, and other teams to define project objectives and scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze project performance, website content metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Budget Management: Track project budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial guidelines.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and project execution strategies.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues or risks within the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or operations-related roles (with at least 2 years specifically in i-gaming or affiliate marketing).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Team Leadership: Strong project management skills with hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside diverse stakeholders.
• Tools: Highly proficient in modern project management and data analytics tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization: Highly organized with strong, proactive problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with design and content creation tools.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar).
