R Systems is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our team of innovators!
R Systems is looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate activities across our internal teams, an intermediary vendor, and the end client. This role is focused on keeping information organized, tracking KPIs, and ensuring clear communication between all parties.
Your Contribution

• Serve as the main contact for internal teams, the intermediary company, and the customer.
• Support project governance by tracking timelines, KPIs, SLAs, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports for technical and management audiences.
• Monitor project issues, risks, and dependencies, and follow up until resolution.
• Keep all stakeholders aligned during both the implementation and ongoing support phases.
• Ensure project activities comply with contractual obligations and help prevent KPI-related penalties.
• Handle day-to-day communication and maintain a positive, professional relationship with the client.
• Assist in identifying small improvements or opportunities during the project lifecycle.
  

Bring Along

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management for software projects.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with both implementation and support phases of software delivery.
• General understanding of modern delivery environments (CI/CD, testing, DevOps, cloud).
