Scope
The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering energy projects by ensuring compliance with
contractual obligations and achieving project goals in terms of cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
Working closely with the Regional Manager & Country Integration Manager, the Project Manager
oversees all phases of supplied system deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams and
maintaining strong client relationships to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with
AB’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
with a focus on energy system performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and qualify local suppliers for related equipment and services; issue RFQs, support
procurement processes, and finalize local purchases.Create RFQ to local purchasing
department by defining the technical request. Analyzing and approving the offers from
technical point of view.
• Manage internal and external subcontractors for specialized energy sector activities,
including:
o Engineering and design
o Civil infrastructure
o Electrical and grid connection works
o Mechanical assembly and integration
o Thermal insulation and energy efficiency measures
o Other sector-specific services
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and
technical compliance.
• Manage change orders, project schedules, and cost control measures.
• Provide regular reporting and escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure all deliverables meet sector standards and client
expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, permits,
and commissioning records.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and handed
over according to energy performance criteria.
