We are looking for our future colleagues, and you will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, planning and scheduling the activities in the #aeronautics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the agenda, animate weekly advancement meetings with the project members and the suppliers
• Supervising the execution of the project in accordance with the established contractual terms (ensure the compliance of schedules and deliverables)
• Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances
• Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment
• Uses knowledge of best practices and how equipment schedule integrates with other source systems to solve issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience (not mandatory)
• 1-5 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager nice to have, but not mandatory
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point)
• MS Project knowledge is appreciated, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Proficiency level in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 or French
• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills
