About the Role

We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and applicable standards, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and international clients, coordination of quality assurance and quality control activities, and active participation in the continuous improvement of organizational processes.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Welding Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Project Management is considered an advantage;
• Experience working with customers and suppliers is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of quality management and auditing standards (ISO 9001, ISO 19011);
• Familiarity with welding and steel structure standards (ISO 1090, ISO 3834);
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation;
• Understanding of quality management tools and methodologies (analysis, monitoring, control, statistics);
• Good Microsoft Office skills;
• Experience with ERP systems and technical software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN, etc.) is considered an advantage;
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken);
• French language skills are considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements throughout project execution;
• Review and analyze technical documentation and input data received from customers and suppliers;
• Coordinate and monitor project-related documentation and deliverables;
• Monitor and manage the Manufacturing and Inspection Operations List (LOFC);
• Develop and implement quality monitoring and verification plans;
• Coordinate inspection, verification, and audit activities;
• Participate in project progress meetings and support the Project Management team;
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions;
• Participate in internal and external audits;
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
