At Hexagon Offices, we are looking for a Property Manager who understands the bigger picture and actively contributes to how an office building operates and evolves.

This is not just an operational role.

It is a role where tenant relationships, decision-making, initiative, and business thinking make the difference.

What you will do:

• manage tenant relationships and act as the main point of contact for relevant situations

• administer lease agreements (renewals, renegotiations, updates)

• coordinate subcontractors (security, cleaning, waste management, utilities, technical services, etc.)

• collaborate closely with the Facility Manager

• prepare and monitor the operational budget

• review and approve supplier invoices according to contractual terms

• come up with improvement proposals and tenant-oriented initiatives, including community events

What we are looking for:

• experience in property / real estate / operations management

• big-picture thinking combined with attention to detail

• decision-making ability and ownership mindset

• advanced English skills (mandatory)

• completed higher education studies

• Microsoft Office knowledge

• Hungarian language is considered an advantage
