Responsibilities

• Analyzing the technical content of scoping notes based on the project's master planning in order to determine the required validation support (vehicles, bodies, units, kits).
• Gathering requirements from departments for the various project milestones (Concept Freeze, Pre-Contract Vehicle, Cost Confirmation).
• Optimizing the volume of validation support in collaboration with the Validation Synthesis Engineer.
• Coordinating and facilitating the alignment of requirements across teams.
• Optimizing vehicle usage and their reuse from one phase to another up to final delivery to the client.
• Organizing and leading Project Review Meetings to validate prototype budgets.
• Launching validation support waves, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring their compliance with technical requirements.
• Identifying risks and implementing the appropriate action plans.
• Preparing project capitalization documentation to support the continuous improvement of the process.
  

Qualifications

• Technical university degree (preferably in automotive, mechanical or electrical/electronics)
• Advanced level of French and English (speaking and writing)
• Relevant experience in automotive industry
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude
