What you'll be doing

• Research clients' business profiles and industry, and understand their specific needs for communication and media relations
• Offer support in developing and implementing corporate communication strategies for clients in the agency's portfolio.
• Follow the public agenda on topics of interest in accordance with the client's business agenda.
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business, industry-wide media, analysts, influencers, and KOLs.
• Write press releases, media releases, analyst briefs, social media posts, and blog articles
• Write content for marketing materials like sales KITs, PPTs
• Disseminate press and media materials to the target audience
• Manage and create opportunities for media inquiries and interview requests
• Ensure all PR activity complements well with marketing/digital activity for integrated campaigns spread across clients' teams and projects
• Keep local and international press databases up to date
• Cultivate a close professional relationship with journalists and agency clients, run monthly media monitoring and activity reports, and keep close communication with the client's team
• Identify and monitor emerging trends, threats, and innovations in the market

Work for clients in financial services, technology, agriculture, e-commerce, fashion, and FMCG.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a PR agency / at a client, or as a journalist
• Excellent knowledge of the media landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing
• Excellent English skills – both written and spoken
• Great planning, organization, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
