What You Can Expect
Full service of the tender processes, contacts with customers in the relation of tender documentation, the specific tender’s requirements and the timely submission of tenders in close
cooperation with the sales team in respect to company guidelines, methods and policies, as well as local law regulations.
How You'll Create Impact

• Search for tenders related to the company's activity on the public procurement market
• Independent preparation of tender offers
• Checking the correctness of tenders with the applicable procedures
• Creating and verifying agreements and annexes relevant in the tender procedure
• Coordinating the circulation of tender documentation
• Knowledge of applicable legal acts related to public procurement and updating knowledge
• Close cooperation with sales departments within the scope of tender offers
• Cooperation with other departments of the company, as part of fulfilling the assigned duties
• Other activities ordered by the superior
  

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required as minimum
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preparation tender documentation
• Good knowledge of public tender local requirements
• Knowledge of local medical device regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of the public procurement law in theory and practice
• Ability to work with Excel
• Proficiency in English
