Funding & Compliance Contractor (Romania)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Funding & Compliance Contractor to manage and optimize two key funding streams in Romania that drive both regulatory compliance and positive social impact.

🔹 About the Role

The contractor will oversee the strategic planning, allocation, and compliance management of:

1. Corporate Sponsorships

Up to 20% of corporate income tax can be redirected to sponsorships supporting NGOs, strategic partnerships, and social initiatives.

2. Disability Fund Contributions

Companies may allocate the mandatory disability tax to certified protected units employing individuals with disabilities—ensuring both compliance and meaningful community impact.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Strategically Allocate Funds – Develop annual allocation plans aligned with company objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage Procurement & Contracts – Lead the evaluation and approval process for NGOs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Draft & Review Contracts & Annexes – Prepare, review, and validate contracts and supporting documentation.
• Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness – Maintain complete and accurate documentation for audits in line with tax and procurement regulations.
• Coordinate Stakeholders – Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Employee Networks, and Leadership teams.
• Optimize Fund Utilization – Identify opportunities to maximize impact within legal guidelines.

🔹 Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
