Purchasing Internship with German
Responsibilities

• Enter Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate Supplier Master Data;
• Have direct supplier contact for specific queries and requests;
• Monitor inventory levels, book goods receipts;
• Order monitoring and manage dunning (follow-up) procedures for delays;
• Understand and give feedback regarding P2P process;
• Support the team in daily strategic activities.
  

Qualifications

• Student or Graduate in Economics, Business, or Logistics;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Strong communication, "can-do" attitude, and attention to detail;
• Eager to work in an international and diverse environment;
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
