Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bucharest, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Higher technical-economic studies;
• Language skills: English/French – advanced level;
• Good MS Office skills - mandatory Excel, Powerpoint;
• Good analysis and synthesis skills, rigor, reactivity, autonomy, communication skills, inclination towards commercial contact and negotiation;
• Adaptability, emotional self-control, orientation towards the client and towards the result, team spirit.
  

What Will You Do

• Ensure compliance with suppliers' commitments, at the level of Quality, Costs, Terms, Delivery.
• Manages the suppliers in the panel and leads the negotiation actions to optimize the purchase costs.
• Ensures and builds reports to management regarding economic performance.
• Prepares and actively participates in the process of monitoring and evaluating the economic performance of suppliers.
• Collaborates transversally with the Engineering/Sales Cost Analysis/Quality/Logistics teams, but also internally Procurement.
• Manages the process of consulting and/or appointing suppliers for the project under responsibility.
• Performs benchmarks for the parts under responsibility.
• Manages capacity for the suppliers under responsibility.
• Interacts with all internal actors to validate and respect different milestones.
