About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will work on building scalable, cloud-native applications and services that power innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend systems that integrate seamlessly with modern marketing technologies.

This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong Python expertise, experience with cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles. You’ll be part of a distributed team working in an agile environment, contributing to projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build and integrate microservices within cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Apply best practices for code quality, testing, and scalability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Embed GenAI/LLM frameworks in the codebase.

Requirements

• Strong Python development experience (4–5+ years), including modern frameworks and best practices.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure also acceptable).
• Experience with microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Solid software engineering principles (OOP, design patterns, testing, scalability).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and collaborative team environments.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM frameworks and interest in AI/ML technologies.
