Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Timişoara. The Python Developer will design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs that support ERP, AI, and automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable Python code, integrating databases, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable software. The role involves participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and documentation. The Python Developer will also work closely with cloud and integration specialists to ensure reliability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Python Programming skills with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and services.
• Hands-on experience with Software Development practices such as version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling for scalable applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and integration with SaaS or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and best practices in backend development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of technical tasks.
