General Information:

We are looking for a dedicated SAP Tool Administrator / Project Manager to provide comprehensive support for the Quality Customer Complaints area and Quality Projects. The role acts as a vital link between business users, internal Customer and IT by managing user support, system maintenance, and the implementation of enhancements within the SAP/Project environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead or support others in leading roles in administering and optimizing the tool to ensure effective Quality Management processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between Quality Management, Reporting teams, end users, and IT by gathering change requests and converting business needs into clear technical requirements;
• Coordinate and execute the testing and implementation of system changes, bug fixes, and updates to maintain system reliability and performance;
• Perform ongoing tool maintenance tasks including managing material and customer master data, as well as maintaining catalogs by adding new entries or reorganizing existing ones on a request basis;
• Deliver user support including training, documentation, and managing the rollout of system changes to ensure smooth usage of the SAP Quality Customer Complaints tool;
• Ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources;
• Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews;
• Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved service providers, resources or stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Applied Statistics or Mathematics, Software Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years of working experience;
• Extensive experience in data science, data engineering, or business intelligence;
• Analytical Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization (eg. Power BI, Tableau);
• Soft Skills: good communication skills, effective team player, strong organizational skills;
• Other Qualifications: problem solving attitude;
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
