Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to support an ongoing client engagement and work closely with existing sprint teams, ensuring effective QA coverage across both UI and API deliverables.

This role focuses on providing hands-on functional testing support within Agile teams, collaborating with distributed engineering and product teams across Europe, Ireland, and the US (Atlanta).

Key Responsibilities

• Support client sprint teams by providing end-to-end QA coverage for UI and API deliverables
• Write, maintain, and execute test cases for functional, regression, UI, and API testing
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Validate data and system behavior using SQL
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and sprint collaboration
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to align quality activities with sprint goals
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate defects, risks, and test results
• Ensure solid functional test coverage across features and releases
• Actively contribute to improving QA practices within the team

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst / Software Tester
• Proven hands-on experience in UI and API testing
• Strong experience working with:
• Postman
• SQL
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-rounded functional testing experience across multiple areas

Technical Knowledge

• API testing and validation (Postman)
• SQL for data validation and troubleshooting
• Test case design and execution
• Defect management and reporting using Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Agile SDLC and sprint ceremonies
• Exposure to Cosmos DB is a plus
