Your mission
- Test Strategy Development: Design and implement test strategies to validate the functionality, performance, reliability, and security of our solutions within the Intelligence value stream in Service Management.
- Quality Assurance: Execute automated and exploratory tests, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure issues are understood and resolved promptly.
- AI-Enhanced Testing: Use AI tools to support QA activities such as test case creation, test data preparation, documentation, defect analysis, and automation support.
- AI Feature Validation: Help validate AI-enabled product capabilities, including expected behavior, reliability, edge cases, user experience, and output consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements by analyzing test results, identifying trends, and implementing practical best practices for software quality assurance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites to enhance the efficiency and coverage of testing activities across multiple products.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document test cases, report defects, and provide clear and concise feedback to the engineering team to drive product improvements.
Your profile
Must have:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing modern software solutions.
- Test Automation Expertise: Experience designing, developing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
- AI Awareness: Interest in using AI tools to support testing activities, improve efficiency, and increase test coverage.
- AI Feature Testing: Openness to working with AI-enabled product features and learning how to test them effectively.
- Azure Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including cloud-based testing, deployments, or Azure-based environments.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and support issue resolution.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Nice to have:
- AI Testing Exposure: Previous exposure to testing AI-powered or intelligent product capabilities.
- AI-Supported QA Workflows: Experience using AI tools for QA tasks such as test generation, documentation, analysis, automation support, or defect investigation.
- C# / .NET Experience: Experience with C# / .NET for test automation frameworks or supporting tools.
- DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, particularly in the Azure ecosystem.
- Full-Stack Understanding: Basic knowledge of frontend and backend technologies to better understand testing scenarios and identify integration issues.
- Additional Testing Experience: Experience with API, performance, security, or integration testing.
- Service Management Understanding: Exposure to Service Management platforms, workflows, or enterprise service operations.

You will help design and execute test strategies, identify defects, improve automation coverage, and contribute to practical AI-enhanced testing approaches.
You do not need to be an AI expert. We value strong QA fundamentals, curiosity, practical thinking, and a willingness to learn how AI can improve quality engineering.
