💡 We, at HN Services Romania, are expanding our team in Bucharest, and we are looking for new, experienced professionals ready to deliver high-quality solutions. The goal is to ensure that the Software Development services provided to the business are stable, resilient and performant.

*Design, plan and implement automation test strategies covering various applications (fronted/backend) and end-to-end workflows for projects and complex business changes.

*Create and maintain automated scripts and test suites by use of the latest scripting techniques and maintain the repository of automated regression tests.

*Administrate all test automation tools, maintain the test ecosystem and ensure consistency of automation test artifacts into the source tool management (Git, SVN).

*Define and design the test automation infrastructure and architecture in alignment with internal IT teams.

*Support the definition of test automation concepts for complex implementation and migration projects.

*Act as member of the test automation community, contribute to the test automation governance and framework.

*Align test automation activities with the Quality Assurance, but also Application Development team members to ensure that test automation is well integrated into the software development process.

*Participate in POCs and prototype initiatives.

*Document test automation activities and report all identified quality issues and defects.

*Support the Quality Assurance Head with general improvements of the QA/Test Procedure.

*Closely collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other department members.

*Candidates should have experience at least 5 years in testing overall, at least 2 years in agile (ideally scrum) and at least 3 years in test automation.

*They need to have a University degree (Bachelor degree or higher) in an IT oriented field.

*Some previous experience as Business Analyst or Developer or similar could be also an asset.

*Their English needs to be on a good level (oral and written)

Deep knowledge on:

*Structured/Object-Oriented Programming in Python using Playwright (Selenium acceptable) and requests libraries (knowledge in Postman for REST API testing is a plus).

*Experience using VS Code for Python automation development and debugging

*Usage of test management and automation tools and frameworks (Ideally Azure DevOps, Robot framework).

*Working knowledge of SQL programming (ideally MSSQL)

*System integration testing

*At least basic/moderate knowledge with each of these:

-Functional and Non-functional testing

-Banking sector (specifically with credit cards or payment processes)

-Proficiency in Git workflows and repository management, with basic understanding of the SDLC

-Test automation for mobile applications

-UAT execution or coordination

Would be an advantage:

*Experience with Temenos Transact Core banking system

*ISTQB certification, foundational or advanced

*RFCP (Robot Framework Certified Professional)
