You will take ownership of testing activities within the Data Tribe, combining strong technical testing and data validation expertise with automation and QA process optimization.Responsibilities:Define and drive the end-to-end testing strategy for data-related projects.Design and execute test plans covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.Optimize QA processes to increase test coverage and reduce testing time and operational effort.Coordinate testing activities across different roles to ensure full requirement coverage.Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to validate data migration, transformation (ETL), and loading processes.Perform Source-to-Target data validation to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across source systems and target applications.Analyze data mappings and technical specifications and translate them into comprehensive test cases.Perform backend and database testing to ensure data integrity and system stability.Build and maintain automation scripts and solutions to reduce manual regression effort.Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to investigate and communicate data and system discrepancies.Technical Skills:Proven experience in QA Engineering / Technical Testing, ideally in data-centric environments such as Data Warehouses or Data Hubs.Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries for data validation and integrity checks.Strong experience with ETL testing and backend/database validation.Hands-on experience building test automation scripts and solutions.Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.Good understanding of data modeling and data architecture.Experience working within Agile SDLC environments.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and IDEs.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a high attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification is a plus.🚀 Do you recognize yourself in the "Who" and represent the "What"?
