What You Will Do When You Join Us

• Design test plans, scenarios, and cases based on technical and business requirements for specific card applications and flows (both WEB and microservices/APIs)
• Prepare test data and execute defined test cases
• Report and record all discovered errors/bugs 🐞
• Re-test provided fixes and ensure issues are resolved
• Estimate task durations, prioritize, and identify risks
• Update and maintain test plans and regression test suites
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation
• Define, execute, and analyze automation test results using frameworks (preferably Java/Selenium/Playwright)
• Collaborate with analysts and developers during requirements implementation and UAT testing
• Support test data preparation and execution of UAT tests
• Investigate defects found during UAT tests and follow through resolution workflow

What We Are Looking For

• University degree or equivalent professional experience 🎓
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Relevant work experience in a testing role
• Experience with testing methods and test automation tools
• Experience with Zephyr or similar tools for test case management and defect tracking
• Understanding of complex technical solutions and interconnected systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architectures
• Experience with Postman and ReadyAPI for API testing (REST APIs)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or ELK stack for log analysis
• Familiarity with S3 bucket storage management
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Knowledge of Kafka Topics and data streaming
• Experience working with ETL processes
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
• Banking experience and knowledge of specific business areas is a plus

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of card products/systems (credit cards, debit cards, ATM/MFM/POS, digital wallet, etc) 💳
• Experience working in an Agile environment (sprints, Agile ceremonies, JIRA, Confluence)
