Join our IT Delivery team within the Private Individuals unit, where we focus on driving innovation through our Digital area squads. Our mission? To empower the business strategy of building a digital bank with a human touch.
The Digital area is dedicated to creating simple, end-to-end solutions for mobile banking and digital services tailored to our Private Individuals customers. We strive to deliver stress-free, everyday banking through accessible features, intuitive remote channels, and cutting-edge apps.
To further this vision, we are looking to expand our dynamic team with a skilled and enthusiastic Automation Testing Analyst. As our new colleague, you’ll find a warm welcome and seamless integration into our collaborative squad, working closely with Business System Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, DevOps engineers, and business lines to deliver impactful digital projects.
Are you ready to make a difference? Here’s what you’ll do:

• 
  
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
  
• Estimate the complexity and effort required for testing activities
  
• Design, define, and execute comprehensive test scenarios; prepare test data according to both functional and non-functional specifications
  
• Log identified defects and follow them through to resolution
  
• Clearly communicate test status and progress with the team
  
• Support the business throughout user acceptance testing processes
  

What you’ll bring to our team:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  
• Proven experience in defining, designing, and executing test scenarios
  
• Strong skills in API testing (REST/SOAP), with preference for Postman or Bruno
  
• Hands-on experience working with API microservices, services, and middleware modules
  
• Familiarity with testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web frontends (Angular)
  
• Advantageous: Experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
  
• Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Kibana, and the ELK stack
  
• Experience with banking software (administration, processes, products, etc.)
  
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodology
  
• Good command of English
