Cerinte

3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
• Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, TestComplete, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience developing and executing test scripts within frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Ability to perform database testing and write SQL queries.
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote).

Responsabilitati

Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing of our trading and portfolio
management platform and other business-critical applications.
• Establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices in collaboration with development teams.
• Execute automated tests to ensure software quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify, log, and track software defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts documentation.
