We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Functional Analysis (FA) and Quality Assurance (QA). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, while ensuring high-quality deliverables through automated testing.

The project follows Agile methodology, so adaptability and collaboration are key.

Locations available: Bucharest or Iasi

What you will do:

• Perform functional analysis to translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design and execute test plans, including automated tests.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts, preferably using JMeter for performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong background in Functional Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, E2E testing and tools.
• Proficiency in JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
• Experience with Playwright
• Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
