The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in quality assurance with strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide the team toward successful outcomes.

We are looking for a QA engineer responsible for testing and validating Smart Fusion DevOps products.

What you will do:

• Drive product quality by designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated tests for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Integrate end-to-end automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable validation for each iteration.
• Support API testing, regression testing, and performance testing in collaboration with development and DevOps teams.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, providing feedback to ensure a user-centric view of platform reliability and quality.
• Facilitate agile processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives), remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement in team collaboration and efficiency.
• Champion quality standards, knowledge sharing, and inclusive design testing to ensure accessibility of the platform.
• Promote team well-being, open communication, and diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
• Craftsmanship: attention to product quality, test design, acceptance criteria definition
• Quality: functional/non-functional testing, regression testing, test documentation
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to guide the team toward timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement in team collaboration and process efficiency, removing impediments and nurturing a positive, sustainable work environment.
• Align delivery processes with stakeholder and user needs, ensuring feedback loops are short and meaningful.
• Champion agile values and help the team adapt to changing requirements or priorities as the project progresses toward production rollout.

• Test automation: K6 framework, Cypress (E2E), Jest/Mocha (unit/integration), Postman (API)
• CI/CD: GitLab CI pipeline configuration and integration
• Platform: Jira / Confluence
• Agile methods: Scrum / Kanban, story mapping, backlog management
• Communication: team facilitation, stakeholder engagement
• Tools: Jira / Confluence / GitLab integration
• Experience: supporting high-performance, cross-functional teams
• Quality: process improvement, facilitating shared responsibility for goals and deliverable
• Version control & CI/CD : Gitlab (SCM, CI, Runners)
• Code quality & security: SonarQube, Coverity, Black Duck
• Artifact management: Artifactory.
• Linux.
