What you’ll have to do:

• Conduct application testing to ensure the software is behaving according to business requirements;
• Perform functional, regression, user acceptance testing;
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
• Participate in the validation process of new features that are to be tested;
• Collaborate with other technical team members to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any critical issues;
• Participate in scrum meetings.

How we’d like you to be:

• With API Testing & Documentation experience: Proficiency with Postman or similar tools, demonstrating proven experience in testing APIs, validating endpoints, and utilizing documentation tools effectively.
• With Proficiency SQL knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL for querying databases, validating data, and supporting backend testing efforts.
• With HTTP & Web Protocols knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of HTTP, including status codes, request/response cycles, and headers to troubleshoot and validate web interactions.
• With Web Application Knowledge: Understanding of how websites and web applications function, including familiarity with front-end and back-end components to support comprehensive testing.
• With Browser Developer Tools experience: Experience using browser console tools to debug, inspect elements, monitor network activity, and perform client-side testing.
• With Linux Command Line knowledge: Basic command of Linux, including navigating the filesystem, file manipulation, and using shell commands to facilitate server-side testing and automation.
• With JavaScript Fundamentals knowledge: Basic knowledge of JavaScript and the Cypress automation testing framework, enabling you to create and execute automated tests effectively while collaborating closely with development teams.
• With Mocking & Simulation experience: Familiarity with creating and using mocks, stubs, and other simulation tools to isolate and test individual components in a controlled environment.
