About The Role
As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our products. You will lead testing strategies across complex systems, collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, and help shape a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and sharp analytical mindset, you will design robust test frameworks, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvements to our testing processes.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about scalable test automation, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges that directly impact product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of quality from concept to release. You will work hands-on with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing methodologies to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and user experience. You’ll mentor engineers, champion best practices, and influence architectural decisions with a strong quality perspective.
Qualifications
Core experience

• 5+ years in QA and software testing.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of QA practices, SDLC, and Agile.
  

Automation and testing

• Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
• Ability to write test scripts (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or C#).
• Experience building test frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD.
  

API and data

• Strong API testing experience (REST, GraphQL).
• Familiar with tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Solid SQL and database testing skills.
  

Technical foundation

• Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with Git and testing workflows.
• Familiar with test data and environment setup.
  

Ways of working

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured.
• Clear communicator with strong documentation skills.
• Experience maintaining quality standards and reviewing code.
• Experience in regulated environments or performance testing.
  

Nice to have

• Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Docker or Kubernetes experience.
• ISTQB or similar certification.
