Requirements
We are looking for a QA Tester who brings strong expertise in application and process validation, with the ability to assess software quality through both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our business solutions by creating and executing well-structured test plans and strategies.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to validate complex systems aEUR"and ensure they meet functional, business, and user expectations. What We Are Looking For
aEURc Experience in testing complex products/applications and ability to quickly identify and execute Functional and business scenarios
aEURc Experience and ability to track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status, etc.
aEURc Experience in using defect tracking tools such as ADO, TFS, Jira, etc.
aEURc Experience with Test Plans and Test Cases
aEURc Good communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Developers & Product Support
aEURc Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
aEURc Positive approach to problem solving with a aEUR~can doaEUR(TM) attitude
aEURc Attention to detail and accuracy
aEURc Ability to assess priorities and manage time accordingly

Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
aEURc Creating and maintaining Test Plans based on the requirements
aEURc Documenting Test Cases to meet the desired test coverage goals
aEURc Own responsibility for testability and test infrastructure
aEURc Executing the most effective manual or automated testing solutions, to cover all aspects of Web, Mobile and Client Server testing
aEURc Create logs to document testing phases and defects
aEURc Report bugs and errors to development team
aEURc Following and enhancing developed testing methodologies
aEURc Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
aEURc Encourage an environment in which high quality services are delivered through fostering adherence to system documentation, continually seeking improvements in the way in which design and development work is undertaken and leading by example
