DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology hub in Central and Eastern Europe, with Bucharest playing a key role in delivering global platforms and supporting the bank’s transformation.

Within the AFC (Anti-Financial Crime) area, the team focuses on preventing financial crime risks such as AML, fraud, and sanctions breaches.

You will drive QA strategy within a SAFe Agile Tribe, with a strong focus on shift-left, automation, and testing efficiency, while remaining hands-on.

What you will do

• Define and lead testing strategy across applications and programs (functional, performance, automation)
• Drive adoption of best practices and improve QA processes at Tribe level
• Coordinate testing across GCP and on-prem environments
• Design and execute automated test scripts and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Cucumber)
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and resolve defects
• Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution
• Lead, mentor, and guide QA engineers, acting as escalation point when needed
• Align testing strategy with overall program and delivery objectives

What we are looking for

• Strong experience with SAFe Agile (Tribe model)
• Solid background in test automation (Java, Selenium, Cucumber)
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud (GCP), performance testing, Linux, and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience in building and guiding high-performing QA teams
