The role:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to define, coordinate, and oversee all quality assurance activities within a high-impact project environment.

This role is critical in ensuring that testing processes are effectively implemented, coverage is comprehensive, and deliverables meet established quality standards. If you are a strategic QA professional with strong leadership skills and backend/integration experience — we want to hear from you.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Define the Test Strategy and Test Plan for the project
• Coordinate functional, integration, and non-functional testing activities
• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases
• Manage the defect lifecycle, reporting, and quality dashboards
• Ensure test environments and test data are validated and ready before execution
• Lead the QA team by providing prioritization, guidance, and follow-up
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and external vendors during integrations and issue resolution
• Review and approve testing artifacts, reports, and quality metrics

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA
• At least 3 years leading QA teams or testing projects
• Experience with API, backend, or integration testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing tools
• Professional level of English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi or similar integration technologies

🔐 Mandatory Requirements

• Must pass NATO Security Clearance
• Must hold citizenship of a NATO member country
• Good level of English is required
